Torrance, CA - Saatchi & Saatchi LA has announced that Mike McKay will join the agency as its new Executive Creative Director effective November 24. Mike, 41, comes to the agency from Goodby Silverstein & Partners, where he's currently a Creative Director.
As the agency's top creative, Mike will lead the Toyota business and play a vital role in new business efforts. Mike's diverse brand experience includes Apple, Nissan, Infiniti, Sony Playstation, Comcast, HP, Isuzu, Budweiser, Haagen Daaz and Saturn, among others. Mike has been with Goodby Silverstein & Partners since 2001. He began his career at TBWA Chiat/Day in Los Angeles.
Mike's most recent integrated effort, HP's global "The Computer is Personal Again" campaign, was named U.S. Campaign of the Year by Advertising Age in 2007 and awarded a coveted Gold Effie. He also worked on the highly awarded Comcast campaign. Mike is one of the rare "hybrid" creatives equally adept in traditional and digital marketing.

Mike received a Journalism degree from California State University Long Beach. He is originally from San Francisco.
