New York - Saatchi & Saatchi announces that Natalia Schultz has joined the agency as Executive Vice President & Chief Talent Officer of the Americas. Her responsibilities include the Network's flagship New York office, Canada, Latin America and Conill.
Schultz was previously Executive Vice President & Chief Talent Officer at Grey Worldwide. She will report to Saatchi & Saatchi's Mary Baglivo, Chair & CEO of the Americas.

About Schultz
Before joining Saatchi, Schultz spent 11 years at Grey Worldwide where she was most recently EVP, Chief Talent Officer responsible for the strategic management of all Human Resource operations in North America. She played a pivotal role in helping to architect organizational change and drove the organization to build new capabilities such as an integrated digital offering, a communications planning capability, and an expanded entertainment and activation expertise.
Schultz rose through the ranks at Grey initially focusing on business development with key leadership roles such as Associate Director of New Business and Director of Prospecting.
Her additional agency experience spans across account management, strategic planning and new business.
