Wellington - The NZ Army Get What It Takes campaign offers a call to arms for future leaders.
The second stage of the campaign, highlighting the leadership and training opportunities offered by NZ Army, was launched this week across integrated platforms; including a 30 second television advert, interactive online experience and print.
"Our challenge was to continue to demonstrate the Army as a place where recruits can achieve extraordinary things, while also showing it as a viable career option for those with the desire to lead and inspire others," says Director of Defence Recruitment, Nigel Philpott.
The story expands online at www.defencecareers.mil.nz with behind-the-scenes footage of NZ Army officers sharing how their careers progressed including the training and support provided by the Army along the way.
"The open and personal views of these soldiers are very powerful. Providing further depth online allows us to connect in a very real way with those considering a career in the NZ Army," says Saatchi & Saatchi Executive Creative Director Antonio Navas.
Livia Esterhazy, GM of Saatchi & Saatchi Wellington says the Get What It Takes platform continues to resonate incredibly well with potential recruits.
