Torrance, CA - Saatchi & Saatchi Los Angeles is pleased to announce Craig Rowley has joined the agency as Executive Director, Account Management on Toyota. Rowley will report to Chuck Maguy, President.
Rowley, 45, comes to the agency from Borders Perrin Norrander in Portland, Oregon, where he was President. Rowley has extensive digital and automotive experience, having built new digital capabilities at both Borders and Carmichael Lynch. At Borders, he worked on a variety of accounts including Intel/pc.com, Valvoline, Columbia Sportswear and Mountain Hardware.
Previous to Borders, Rowley spent 10 years with Carmichael Lynch, where he was most recently Director of Client Services/Senior Partner. His clients included Harley-Davidson and Porsche. Under Rowley’s leadership, the agency helped Harley-Davidson regain its strength among younger segments and grow its digital and direct presence. The agency’s work for Harley won multiple awards including admittance into the AMA Marketing Hall of Fame and three Effies. Rowley’s many accomplishments for Porsche include overseeing its international SUV launch, launching Porsche’s digital presence and developing its first dealer co-op field team.

Earlier in his career, Rowley worked internationally at Young & Rubicam Poland and on the client side at Procter & Gamble. Rowley earned his MBA from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University.
