Miami - The 49th Clio Festival was held last week in South Beach, Miami, and once again the Saatchi & Saatchi Network performed well.
In all we picked up 3 Gold, 8 Silver and 13 Bronze Clios.
Saatchi & Saatchi New York and Saatchi & Saatchi Singapore landed the majority of our haul, winning 3 Gold, 7 Silver and 9 Bronze Clios between them.
The awards came for clients as diverse as Procter & Gamble (Tide To Go Stainpen 'Interview' and Tide Ultra 'Stains' campaign both took Gold), Wonderbra (our other Gold winner, which also picked up 2 Silvers), JC Penney, Thai Society for the Protection of Animals, AWARE anti-domestic violence, Stuffit Deluxe and Penguin Books.
Other Network winners came from Del Campo Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi Argentina, F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi Brazil, Saatchi & Saatchi Germany, Saatchi & Saatchi Malaysia and Conill New York.
The Festival also saw artist, writer, cartoonist, librettist Ralph Steadman take to the stage at the second annual Saatchi & Saatchi Clio Hero Show. Introduced by our WW Creative Director, Bob Isherwood, this multi-creative outrageous, provocative talent gave what has been described as a 'free-wheeling presentation' and took questions from a packed audience.
