Ace Saatchi & Saatchi Marks Diamond Jubilee

Metro Manila - Ace Saatchi & Saatchi celebrated its 60th Anniversary with an intimate lunch with its clients—including some of the Philippines’ top CEOs and business executives.  The luncheon was held at The Establishment, one of Metro Manila’s most exclusive bars and restaurants.

As one of the Philippines’ oldest and largest creative agencies, Ace Saatchi & Saatchi works with some of the biggest companies in the country, including PLDT, Mead Johnson Nutrition, Procter & Gamble (P&G), Petron and the SM Group of Companies.

Saatchi & Saatchi regional executives, led by Ian Rowden, Chairman & CEO for Asia Pacific, CEO for South East Asia Patrick Brett and Andy Greenaway, Regional Executive Creative Director, South East Asia, arrived in Manila to celebrate this milestone with the Manila office.

The festivities stretched into the evening, with a staff party that lasted until the wee hours of the morning. More than 100 staffers of the Manila office danced the night away with music from popular band Acoustic Jive and DJ Mike Collantes.

The agency surges forward in its drive for innovation, creativity, and transforming the brands that it handles into Lovemarks, or brands that command loyalty and love beyond reason from customers.

Ace Saatchi & Saatchi also continues to reap awards from various organizations for its work. These include the Platinum Award for Branded Communications in the 2008 Araw Values Awards, a 2008 Kidlat award from the Creative Guild of the Philippines for the Yabang Pinoy Campaign and elevation to the Hall of Fame of the Catholic Mass Media Awards for having the Best Public Service Print Advertisements.

More recently, the agency received two Finalist citations at the Cannes Lions 2009 (56th International Advertising Festival) for their work for Vespa scooters and The North Face.

Ace Saatchi & Saatchi has also evolved from a creative agency offering mostly above the line, or conventional brand building and promotional activities, to a holistic agency with integrated below the line services such as retail/shopper marketing, digital, events and public relations.
