FWD Awkward First Dates

In order to keep the momentum going after a successful brand launch, we not just needed to prove that our products were disruptive, but also our communication. Having to sell life insurance in Singapore without an agent was a big barrier to cross as Singaporeans were used to buying insurance through their agents. We found out that the first interviewer with an insurance agent is often awkward, much like a first date. We used this insight to create this campaign.
