Dina Howell, Worldwide CEO of Saatchi & Saatchi X, has announced her retirement from the company.
Under Dina Howell’s five year leadership, Saatchi & Saatchi X has won over 125 awards for excellence in Shopper Marketing, the discipline that brings brands and retailers together in a united understanding of shopper needs, motivations and behaviors. The awards include 16 Effies, principally for clients Walmart and Procter & Gamble, the latter having recently awarded Saatchi & Saatchi X as one of only five of their agencies globally with an Excellence Award. The company ranked among the top 20 agencies in the USA in 2014 in Advertising Age’s ‘Best Agency to Work’ survey.
Jessica Hendrix has been named President of Saatchi & Saatchi X, USA and will report to Saatchi & Saatchi CEO Worldwide Robert Senior from July 01, 2015. Her responsibilities will include serving on the Saatchi & Saatchi Global Leadership Team. Jessica is currently Senior Vice President at Saatchi & Saatchi X, joining the company in 2007, and holding significant client leadership responsibilities. Dina will continue in her role to ensure a seamless transition with Saatchi & Saatchi X clients and partners.

Dina Howell pioneered the field of Shopper Marketing during her 22 year career at Procter & Gamble and joined Saatchi & Saatchi X after retiring from P&G to continue her vision and leadership in the shopper space. Dina serves on the executive advisory board for the Sam M. Walton College of Business at the University of Arkansas; the executive board for the Center for Retailing Excellence at the University of Arkansas; and is a visiting professor in the graduate marketing program.
