Saatchi & Saatchi scooped three gold awards and a bronze for Carlsberg Lions, two silver awards for NSPCC Fun Run and a further silver for NSPCC Caravan at the British Television Advertising Awards last night (Wednesday 7 March 2007).
"We're thrilled to have our work recognised by our peers and it's great to be producing work that has been hugely effective, but received critical acclaim as well," commented Kate Stanners, Saatchi & Saatchi UK's Executive Creative Director.
Carlsberg Lions struck gold in the alcoholic drinks, best more than 90 seconds TV commercial and TV / cinema categories as well as a bronze award for best 20 second TV commercial.
NSPCC Fun Run was awarded silver in the charity (TV only) and direct response categories and NSPCC Caravan achieved silver in the direct response category.
The Carlsberg Lions ad was created by Dave Henderson and Richard Denney and directed by Chris Palmer at Gorgeous. Both NSPCC ads were created by Rob Porteous and Dave Askwith and directed by Steve Hudson at Outsider. Kate Stanners was executive creative director on all the award-winning ads for Saatchi & Saatchi.
