After investigating the different reasons people enjoy chewing gum, the agency discovered that it reduces stress and promotes relaxation; this is scientifically proven. This led to another discovery - in their daily life, most people find themselves stuck in places where they can barely move; tight, crowded and stressful situations where the only part of their body they can move is their mouth.
For example, on public transport moving the mouth is the best way to relax and de-stress: Chewi Yoga was born.
Chewi Yoga was brought to life with techniques created by Gabriel Paitan, a certified yoga teacher. The goal was to achieve harmony between body and mind, and to reach a meditative state through the act of chewing gum.
