Federico Duberti has been appointed Managing Director of Del Campo Saatchi & Saatchi Spain. This appointment is to strengthen the distinguished client service, which is the agency’s key strength together with its creative excellence. With the arrival of Duberti, who will lead the Del Campo Saatchi & Saatchi Spain office together with Mariano Serkin and Maxi Itzkoff (Chief Creative Officers), the agency expects to consolidate its steady growth.
The new Managing Director stresses that “the main objective is to fuel the agency’s growth, by using the experience, the potential and the talent we know we have to take on local, regional and global projects. Federico Duberti has a wealth of experience in the marketplace, where he has worked in managing both accounts and international agencies. He began his career in Argentina, in agencies Ayer/Vazquez, Leo Burnett and VegaOlmosPonce – where he was appointed Regional Account Manager for Unilever, as well as working with Coca-Cola, America Online, Bimbo and Walt Disney.
In 2001, Federico moved to Madrid to take up the position of Account Director in Delvico/Bates and Vitruvio/Leo Burnett, handling clients such as Allied Domecq, Mahou Beers, Unión Fenosa, National Lottery, Red Cross and Wella Haircare Products. He then moved to New York, as Group Account Director in Bravo, Young & Rubicam’s agency for the Hispanic market, working on Kraft and Wrigleys.
Since his return to Spain, he has held the position of Client Services Director at LOLA, working on brands like Campofrío and Schweppes. He also held the position of Global Business Director for Rexona Deodorant in Lowe Worldwide, coordinating the brand’s work across seven agencies and five continents.
Most recently, Federico held the position of Managing Director in The Cyranos/McCann, elected Agency of the Year at the El Ojo de Iberoamérica and again at the El Sol Festival. He worked there with a number of Coca-Cola and Unilever brands.
