Saint-Clotilde - Facto Saatchi & Saatchi Reunion's ‘1 Donation, 1 Smile' print ad for the Red Cross has been named as one of two winners in this year's ‘Coup de Coeur JAO' competition, organised by ACT Responsible (Advertising Community Together).
A non-profit organisation, ACT Responsible's goal is to promote and inspire responsible communication on sustainability, equitable development and social responsibility. ACT shows how advertising professionals from all continents can use their core talent - creativity - to play a significant role in addressing today's crucial world issues.
Participating agencies were invited to post their best ‘responsible' print campaigns to a special competition Facebook page where visitors could vote for their favourite - and Facto Saatchi & Saatchi emerged victorious.
"The sincerity of the hook and the universality of the visual aimed directly at the heart of citizens and encouraged them to respond generously to this great cause," said Fabrice Boutin, CEO and Creative Director of Facto Saatchi & Saatchi. "This campaign is a good validation of the ‘Lovemarks' philosophy that drives Saatchi & Saatchi teams around the world and especially in our area of the Indian Ocean. The winning ad will be presented at the ACT Responsible event during this year's Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
