Prior to joining Team One in 2003, Graves spent 10 formative years at TBWA/Chiat/Day. The last 8 in the Los Angeles office, where he became creative director, creating and leading award-winning campaigns for Nissan, Infiniti, Sony Playstation, Energizer and the Weather Channel.
